Herbalife goes public, trading on the NASDAQ exchange.Jim Rohn, internationally noted business philosopher and motivational speaker, teams up with Herbalife.
1st flavored Formula 1 is introduced in Chicago, IL.

Mark Hughes testifies before congress.Approximately 3,000 Herbalife supporters rally in Washington, D.C., during Senate hearings on weight-loss products.
Herbalife's Medical Advisory Board is established.
Herbalife celebrates its 5th Anniversary.
Mark makes a guest appearance on the Merv Griffin show and talks about Herbalife.
