    Consumer Protection System

      In order to protect consumers right and interest and to provide the most considerate services to consumers, Herbalife (China) Health Products Ltd. has set up the following consumer protection system:

      Consumers can, within 30 days after purchase, submit product return/refund application to distributor, Herbalife, its branches or service outlet there with product being unopened, well packed and still salable by presenting purchase receipt. We will process the request within 7 working days.

      All food, literatures, product and company materials, promotional items and product and item purchased during promotion are non-refundable.
