In order to protect consumers right and interest and to provide the most considerate services to consumers, Herbalife (China) Health Products Ltd. has set up the following consumer protection system:
Consumers can, within 30 days after purchase, submit product return/refund application to distributor, Herbalife, its branches or service outlet there with product being unopened, well packed and still salable by presenting purchase receipt. We will process the request within 7 working days.
All food, literatures, product and company materials, promotional items and product and item purchased during promotion are non-refundable. |
